Vertical ergonomic mouse, wired and wireless

Comfi II turns the hand into a relaxed, handshake-style position to take strain off the wrist and forearm. It ships in wired USB and 2.4 GHz wireless versions, each with six programmable buttons, adjustable DPI and support for Windows, macOS and Linux.

ILG manufactured Comfi II and produced its retail packaging; it is distributed through Ergoguys.

Wow Pen Joy II

Vertical ergonomic mouse, wired and rechargeable wireless

A taller, more upright vertical mouse with a sculpted thumb rest and a signature accent stripe. Its six buttons cover left, right and middle click, forward and back, and an on-the-fly DPI switch. The wireless version runs on a built-in rechargeable lithium polymer battery instead of disposables.

Sold under the Ergoguys brand and carried by office and IT resellers.

Rockstick2

Ambidextrous rocking-click vertical mouse

Rockstick2 rethinks the click itself. Instead of pressing buttons with one finger, the user tilts the whole mouse slightly left or right, so the strength of the entire hand does the work. That makes it a practical option for people with trigger finger, arthritis or finger fatigue.

Adjustable desk-mounted computer arm rest

The ErgoArm clamps to the edge of a desk and supports the forearm on a padded, articulating arm, helping reduce the aches and pains that long hours at a computer cause in the wrist, arm, shoulder and neck, including symptoms associated with carpal tunnel syndrome.

Each arm rest supports up to 24 lbs and relieves roughly 90% of the weight otherwise carried by the wrists. Its multi-joint design follows the arm as it moves, so users can work freely without repositioning.

My Lil’ Mouse

One-button computer mouse for kids 2 and up

My Lil’ Mouse is an ergonomically correct computer mouse sized for small hands. It was developed by pediatric audiologist Dr. Curtis Whitcomb to help young children learn to use a computer without the confusion of an adult mouse.

Instead of separate buttons, the whole contoured front of the mouse is a single button. Its patented “Squeeze” design matches the way a child’s hand naturally grips, and it works only as a left click, so there are no accidental right-clicks or menus to get lost in. Flawless Wipes put an underarm antiperspirant into a single, individually wrapped wipe. Each one delivers wetness and odor protection with an invisible, non-whitening formula, so there are no white marks on clothing. The Fly Cage

The Fly Cage is a patented trap designed around how biting flies hunt. A black lure hangs below the cage and moves in the wind, which draws in horse flies looking for a large, dark animal. The Drip Garden turns a small footprint into a full container garden. A freestanding aluminum tripod holds two tiers of hanging grow bags at a comfortable working height, and a built-in drip system delivers water to every bag, so plants get watered without hand-carrying a can or dragging a hose from pot to pot.

Water enters through a standard garden hose connection at the base, passes through an inline filter, and rises up the center mast to a distribution hub at the top. From there, individual drip lines run out along each arm, ending in a dripper above each bag.

PFA Vinyl Fence Hangers

Vinyl fences look clean, but they aren’t made to be drilled or nailed into. PFA’s hangers solve that by hooking over the top of the fence with no tools and no hardware, turning any stretch of fence into a place to hang planters and decorations.

The Mow Flow Pro is a precision-machined aluminum adapter that fits the oil fill tube of a Honda mower.
