- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. ILG does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Communications: messages, meeting notes, and other correspondence you share with us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on pages, and interaction patterns collected through Google Analytics.
- Device information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, authentication tokens, and analytics cookies as described in Section 5.
- Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and server log information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve our services: to deliver patent licensing analysis, manage your account, process bookings, and enhance our platform features.
- Process payments: to handle subscription billing and transaction processing through Stripe.
- Communicate with you: to send transactional emails (booking confirmations, account notifications, service updates) via Resend, and to respond to your inquiries.
- AI-powered analysis: to provide patent valuation estimates, licensing strategy recommendations, and other AI-assisted features using the Anthropic Claude API.
- Schedule meetings: to coordinate calendar bookings and send meeting invitations through Microsoft Graph API integration.
- Analytics and improvement: to understand how our website is used, identify trends, and improve user experience.
- Legal and compliance: to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:
Supabase (Database & Authentication)
Stores account data, application data, and manages user authentication. Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
Stripe (Payment Processing)
Processes all payment transactions. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Resend (Transactional Email)
Delivers transactional emails such as booking confirmations, account notifications, and service communications. Your email address is shared with Resend for delivery purposes.
Google Analytics (Website Analytics)
Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand website traffic and user behavior. You can opt out using browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Anthropic Claude API (AI Features)
Powers AI-assisted patent analysis and valuation features. Patent information you submit may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate analysis results. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models.
Microsoft Graph API (Calendar Integration)
Facilitates meeting scheduling and calendar booking functionality. Your name and email address are used to create calendar invitations.
4. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols.
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest within our database infrastructure.
- Row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data.
- Secure authentication with password hashing and session management.
- Regular security updates and monitoring of our application and infrastructure.
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights

- Right to correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.

- Analytics data is retained in anonymized form and is not linked to your identity.
- Communication records may be retained for up to 3 years for business and legal purposes.
When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
